How is usage measured?
Every plan comes with a month of usage for everything Emplio does. Growth does about 2.5 times what Starter does, and Pro about 5 times. In Billing you see one bar: how much of this month is used. Owners and admins can open a log of every job and what it cost.
How is usage priced?
AI is charged at what the AI provider charges plus 30%. Bring your own OpenRouter key and you pay the provider directly; we charge only that 30%. Every job and its cost is in the activity log in Billing.
What happens when the month's usage runs out?
You get an email at 80%, and again if it runs out. Then Emplio finishes what it's doing and pauses until you add usage, move to a bigger plan or the month starts again. Nothing is lost.
Does unused usage carry over?
No. The month's usage starts fresh at each renewal. Extra usage you add is different: it lasts 12 months and is only used after the month's usage.
Can I change or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades start right away, with the rest of the month's difference charged now and the bigger plan's usage starting now. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and Emplio keeps working until then.
How does the 7-day pass work?
It gives you everything Emplio does for 7 days, with enough usage to try it properly. It never renews on its own. If you pick a plan afterwards, what you paid for the pass comes off your first month. One pass per business.
Is there a per-person fee?
No. Add your whole team: owner, managers and staff. One price for the business.
How do I pay?
In India, through Razorpay in rupees, by card, UPI autopay or netbanking; renewals go through on their own, no OTP each month. Everywhere else, by card through Stripe in dollars.
Do you offer plans for larger companies?
Yes: its own dedicated copy of Emplio, on our servers or in your cloud, with custom terms. Write to us.
