Terms of service

Emplio is a service run by Kulp Labs Private Limited ("we", "us"), 514, Lodha Signet, Lodha Premier Colony, Lodha Palava 421204, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using Emplio, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you use it for.

What Emplio is

Emplio is an AI assistant for a business and its team. It chats on the web, Telegram and WhatsApp, works in apps you connect, uses its own computer and browser, and keeps the business's knowledge and files. It can make mistakes: check its work before relying on it for anything important, and you stay responsible for what it does on your instructions.

Your account

• The person who creates a business on Emplio is its owner. The owner and the admins they choose manage its members, connected apps and billing.
• Keep access to your email and connected accounts safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The owner can see the business's chats and work, including those of its members.

Acceptable use

Don't use Emplio to break the law, send spam, harm others, get around its limits, or attack, overload or copy the service.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are on our pricing page; in India they are in rupees plus 18% GST.
• Each plan includes a month of usage. Extra usage can be bought at any time and lasts 12 months. When usage runs out, Emplio pauses until more is added or the month starts again.
• The 7-day pass is a one-off payment and never renews.
• Payments are handled by Stripe (outside India) and Razorpay (in India). We don't see or store your card details.
• You can cancel any time in Billing; the plan stays on until the end of the month already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your data

What you and your team put into Emplio stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and ending

We may change Emplio or these terms; we'll tell you by email before a change that matters takes effect. You can stop using Emplio at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

Emplio is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
