This policy explains what Kulp Labs Private Limited, 514, Lodha Signet, Lodha Premier Colony, Lodha Palava 421204, Maharashtra, India, collects when you use Emplio, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email, phone number (if you connect Telegram or WhatsApp) and the business you belong to.
  • What you give Emplio to work with: messages, files, the business's knowledge, tasks and automations, and data from the apps you connect.
  • Billing details: your plan, payments and invoices. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe or Razorpay; we never see them.
  • Usage: which features are used and how much AI and computer time each job takes, to bill fairly and improve the product.

How we use it

To run Emplio for your business, keep it secure, bill for it, send account and billing emails, and improve it. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don't use your business's content to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted providers to run the service, each only for its part:

  • Amazon Web Services: hosting, database and file storage
  • AI model providers, through OpenRouter: answering and working on your requests
  • E2B: the computers Emplio works on
  • Composio: connections to the apps you choose to connect
  • Exa: web search
  • Recall.ai: joining meetings, when you ask Emplio to
  • Telegram and WhatsApp: chatting there, when you connect them
  • Resend: email
  • Stripe and Razorpay: payments
  • PostHog and Google Analytics: product analytics

Who in your business sees what

The owner and admins of a business can see its members' chats and work in Emplio.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account or business and we'll delete its data within 30 days, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at ashish@kulp.ai. We'll reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how Emplio is used.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email first.
